To better serve the members and guests at Shelburne Golf and Country Club the management will collect personal information about members, guests and their children such as name, address, home phone number, business phone number, fax numbers, email addresses, birthdates. Shelburne Golf and Country Club will keep this information stored securely on our systems and will not release it without prior consent to any third party.
As well, the management at Shelburne Golf and Country Club may ask for photographs or video (i.e. Tournament winners, Hole in One Winners, Special Interest) of our members, their children and guests to use on its clubhouse display boards and its website or to send to media sources such as newspapers, magazines, radio, television, and colleges or universities.
Members and Guests may receive without request newsletters and other informational mailings related to Shelburne Golf and Country Club.
No third party can purchase or otherwise obtain the Shelburne Golf and Country Club personal information list or contents thereof.
Our guests and members understand that, there are some rare exceptions to these commitments.
Privacy legislation requires Shelburne Golf and Country Club to obtain your permission to use and disclose personal information it has collected for the purposes outlined above. Consent may be obtained in various ways.
