Enjoy this well-conditioned, picturesque and easily walked course with the knowledge that the game of golf and all its values and traditions are first and foremost at Shelburne Golf and Country Club, owned and operated by Canada’s 1989 Canadian Golf Professional of the Year and the 2002 and 2003 Ontario PGA Teacher of the Year for Junior Golfers and the 2002 Canadian Junior Leader of the Year, Sam Young.
Shelburne has a very active membership that enjoys the mix of social and competitive golf that the club offers. The extensive calendar of events and flexible scheduling allows members to join in some, or all of the events, as time permits. There is something for everyone.
Men’s Wednesday afternoon/evening is played with competitor’s vying for Flight prizes and the weekly Closest to the Hole awards. Play is followed by dinner in the dining room over looking the 9th and 18th greens. The Ladies follow a similar format to the men with fun events scheduled every Tuesday morning.
The Men’s and Ladies’ Competition Program runs from May to October including our Major events and many other fun-filled events.
Every friday night come play in our Nine & Dine with dinner on the new lighted and heated patio or our new dining room over looking the 9th & 18th greens. The Shelburne Golf and Country Club members are active supporters of Sam Young’s Junior program with 50/50 draws and participation in the Parent- Junior and Parent- Junior-Junior activities.
Shelburne Golf & CC is pleased to announce our membership into the Privileged Member Golf. Shelburne Golf Members now have access to over 30 golf courses in Ontario. Each member may have up to 3 guests for a nominal fee of $30.00 per round at the following courses.
