The Pepsi Titleist Junior Golf Tour was born in 1990 out of a Pepsi-sponsored Junior Interclub between Shelburne Golf and Country Club and Blue Mountain Golf and Country Club in Collingwood.
In 1990, the Tour as we know it today was initiated and at present the following clubs make up the Central Ontario seven-stop tour:
- Barrie Country Club
- Couchiching Golf and Country Club
- Blue Mountain Golf and Country Club
- Shelburne Golf and Country Club
- Midland Golf and Country Club
- Glenway Country Club
- South Muskoka Curling and Golf Club
Since 2003, the Pepsi Titleist Tour has produced one Ontario Boys Champion and two Ontario Bantam Girls Champions. The four girls on the 2007 Ontario Juvenile Team compete on or started on the Pepsi Titleist Tour.
Qualifying for the Pepsi Titleist Junior Golf Tour is limited to those Juniors who have membership at one of the above mentioned clubs.
